Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Parmatur app, which is owned and operated by Parmatur Handelsbolag.

This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Parmatur app. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The Parmatur app and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this service shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

The Parmatur app is owned and operated by Parmatur Handelsbolag (“Parmatur HB”). The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code and object code), software, services and templates, and all other elements of the Parmatur app provided by Parmatur HB are protected by intellectual property rights laws and other laws.

These Terms and Conditions grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of this app.

You must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other propriety rights notices from copies of material from the site.

You must not reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to steal the code of the app.

Rights and Responsibilities of Use

As a condition of use, the Parmatur app should be used for tracking projects and assignments.

License

You are not allowed to distribute, reproduce, publicly display or publicly perform the service.

Termination

Parmatur HB reserves the right to terminate your access to the Parmatur app, without cause or any advance notice.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Ownership. You retain all rights and exclusive ownership of your Data.

Parmatur HB will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data.

If You need support or tailor made analyses, you will be asked to agree that Parmatur HB can access Your Data in order to give you that support on your demand.
