Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Agile Pulse app, which is owned and operated by Parmatur Handelsbolag.
This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Agile Pulse app. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Accountability
The Agile Pulse app and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this service shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Intellectual Property
The Agile Pulse app is owned and operated by Parmatur Handelsbolag (“Parmatur HB”). The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code and object code), software, services and templates, and all other elements of the Agile Pulse app provided by Parmatur HB are protected by intellectual property rights laws and other laws.
These Terms and Conditions grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of this app.
You must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other propriety rights notices from copies of material from the site.
You must not reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to steal the code of the app.
Rights and Responsibilities of Use
As a condition of use, the Agile Pulse app should be used for tracking your own projects and assignments.
Payment Terms
The use of the Agile Pulse app is offered with a free trail. Once the trail is up, you will only be able to continue using the app by paying in advance for additional usage.
If you fail to pay for additional usage, your account will be frozen and inaccessible until payment is made.
You will pay with in-app purchases for each new project you add to “My pulse room”.
Termination
Parmatur HB reserves the right to terminate your access to the Agile Pulse app, without cause or any advance notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Information Collection and Use
Your Data – Security and Privacy.
Ownership. You retain all rights and exclusive ownership of your Data.
Parmatur HB will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data.
If You need support or tailor made analyses, you will be asked to agree that Parmatur HB can access Your Data in order to give you that support on your demand.

Changes to This Agreement
Parmatur HB reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
