Log in as a Product manager.
Choose Settings. Type the floating box to set the basic condition. Before you enter anything here, think carefully about the settings you want.
Follow up time span [year] is the time to follow up a focus area after it has ended.
Period type [weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly] specify how often follow up should be done. The more often the better, as it provides faster feedback.
Currency, enter which currency that is used, e.g. k Euro.
