The results and shared understanding enable the resource managers to allocate resources so that the projects can make faster progress. The managers can thus make better use of available resources.
The four assignments below will be done step by step.

Current situation	Shared understanding of current problems and workflow.
Identify resources	A list of people and equipment that is included.
Resource pulse board	Current resource situation is visualized on a whiteboard to facilitate collaboration and allocation.
Resource pulse meetings	An agenda describing how the managers will conduct their resource pulse meetings.
